3. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Your name, email address and organisation when you contact us
- The solution you are interested in and any information you include in your message
- Information exchanged during demos, meetings and subsequent business correspondence
Our contact form does not store any data on the Site: it prepares an email in your own email application, which you then choose to send to us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data recorded by our hosting provider when you access the Site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time of access, used to operate and secure the Site
We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling tools on the Site.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide information about our products
- To organise demos and prepare proposals at your request
- To operate, maintain and secure the Site
- To send you news about our products, only where you have agreed to it
- To comply with our legal obligations
5. Legal Basis for Processing
- Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries, developing business relationships and securing the Site
- Pre-contractual measures: when you request a demo or a proposal
- Consent: for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time
- Legal obligation: where processing is required by applicable law
6. Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or for longer where required by law. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting and email providers, under data processing agreements
- Public authorities, when required by law
Third-party services used by the Site
- Microsoft Azure: website hosting. Microsoft acts as our processor under its data protection terms.

8. International Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, for example through the third-party services listed above, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data

10. Cookies
The Site does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required by the ePrivacy rules.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
12. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Irish Data Protection Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by Article 33 of the GDPR.
